Unable To Delete File Windows Server 2003


I tried to delete a folder, but something went slightly wrong. Then get Info: access is denied > foldername\filename. When I navigate to its parent I can see it in there. Go there, there is an advanced button, then go to ownership tab. The first cause I would look at is Permissions.
