This feature is not available right now. The fact that my account is an administrator, and the administrators had full control of the file didn't allow me to edit it. After that I was able to edit the file. Malware or third-party apps? I have run a virus check with my AV software and nothing came up. (ESET NOD32) I have a firewall (TinyWall) running as well. I just tried this successfully with np++ and notepad. Am I missing something(s)?Perhaps one of your anti-virus/anti-malware programs purposely prevents modifying the hosts file.
