In the Add Mailbox dialog box, type the name of the user who owns the mailbox that contains the folder that you want to share, and then click OK. I know there's stuff in there because I can see it in that mailbox on my laptop. As soon as I restarted the server, client connectivity was restored for the handful of users who seemed to be being sent to this impacted server. Incorrect mail profile.

The only evidence I found of the problem was when I went to restart services on that MB, and that service failed to stop or start. why not try these out Simply add the user's in the Add dialogue and you should be good to go!
