Her office set up is with dual monitors. I've spend a lot of time... I followed the above instructions to determine if my computer could handle the additional monitors and it detects 1/2...does this mean my laptop is 1 and the dual are being perceived I'll take another look at the Windows disk, and see if there is a menu with any mention of drivers. check over here

I had to reinstall the drivers over again with both monitors connected to the video card in order to work. It has an ATI Radeon 4800 video card with 2 dvi output and 1 S-video output. Lenovo W530. Here is how I set up both laptop (1) and external (2) as a duplicate.
